What is Palia? 🌱 A NEW Cozy MMO Game that's AWESOME!

Palia is a farm/life sim game like NO OTHER you've ever played! It's also a cozy MMO (no fighting other players) where you can craft, fish, build and decorate your house, forage, hunt, shop, and complete quests in the beautiful world of Palia.

Palia launched into closed beta yesterday (August 2nd, 2023) and releases into open beta on August 10th. Palia is a free-to-play cozy MMO simulation game on PC and coming to Nintendo Switch late 2023.

If i had to explain how Palia feels, its basically 3d Stardew Valley as an MMO.

At first I was "meh", now I'm nigh obsessed. It's relaxing. It's fun just being cooperative with other players. No ganking, no noobstomping, no griefing etc.

I want there to be dungeons where we can defeat monsters to level up skills. I want to have that option

I have mixed feelings tbh. It looks great but once you play it's just kind of boring/empty. For a game that's basically just craft, build, explore the world is kind of small. The crafting tree and gathering is extremely lacking. Idk if they plan on adding a ton more, but if not it's like a 5.5 of 10 at best.

Re: Hunting. I feel bad attacking any creature that is not attacking me. But I feel good slaughtering anything that attacks me.
