Today I’m sharing my very own patented exercise called the Crunch & Punch.

Of all the reasons this move is awesome, the best part is you can kick the challenge up and down as you go. I usually start with one or two. After that, you can work up to more crunching and punching, and then get excited to work your way down. (I’ve done 15, and it was tough.)
