As someone who suffered from plaque psoriasis, untreated for over a decade and covering 90% of my body, this feels like a mockery. Initially I felt actual sympathy from having been in that exact situation, but then I make the video full screen on my phone and see the farce. I cut my own hair many times because of the phobia and stigma. Most people don't know what it is and it can look like sores all over your body when the plaques are scraped off. You also shed a ridiculous amount of excess skin uncontrollably. Kids look at you like they're frightened. Adults assume that it's drug related - especially when it's effecting your face. This makes me angry.
