5 years ago, I struggled with major anxiety & depression. That was the time I quit my toxic job, finished a toxic relationship - and I blamed myself for all this mess. One day I switched the channel to MTV & saw this music video from Jess. I cried a bucket full of tears because she was like speaking to me through this song. The song's message helped me learn to forgive and let go. Now back to the present: I am up on my feet! Though things may still be difficult, I believe in myself & I take things one at a time.

I hope more songs like this will be written!!! Jess is such an awesome artist! 💚💚💚

This song has a powerful message, I am trying each day to not be so hard on me, as everyone makes mistake. I work hard to leave it behind me and to forgive those who betrayed me. They did me a favour, forced me to move onto better things, sometimes things happen for a reason. But this process cannot be rushed and I have to be patient, when all I wanna do is be over it.

Everyone in life faces problems - sometimes those problems makes us feel hopeless - like no matter how hard you try in life things never go right.
