I have had rats and ferrets and they are very much like large rats. The problem with ferrets is they crap like cats with diarrhea and there anal glands give off this powerful musky oder that literally clings to you untill you change your clothes. If you want a pet that is no fuss no muss get a guinea pig, full of love, don't stink or slther like a snake. Although I do have a fondness for Labs. Well worth living with a forever puppy..😊❤
