In this video, we show the battery charging operation and reverse connection first.
then we check the output voltage/current accuracy and output ripple. 100mV VPP
finally we test the working temperature under full output(60V/6A) room temperature 36.5℃, panel 62℃, AC-DC power supply 46℃.

The design is very beautiful and chic.
The parameters are not very bad. Ripples would still be reduced to 10-30mV and just the top in its segment!
Definitely buy it with the case.

Было бы интересно увидеть какие будут пульсации при замене импульсного блока питания на линейный.

Aren't you measuring the accuracy of your electronic load when testing current? It looks like the supply is in constant voltage mode and the load regulates the current. Or was it just to show what current the supply displays?

I'm thinking to buy a module with case in the near future. I'm going to test it in various tasks such as galvanization, electronics repair and battery charging. Probably will buy more in the future if it fit my tasks with no problems. To be honest the battery charging function seems to be extremely primitive (any lab supply can do it in same way), I hope you will improve it in the future (for example: add configurable dV/dT detection for NiMH batteries).
I wonder why you use only the buck topology in your designs? I think boost must be more practical (for example old pc atx 12/5V supplies are very powerful and usually available as free junk) and also much safier in case of failure (connected equipment will receive 12/5V instead of 60-70V).
Also, will there be any discounts and/or special offers in the near future? Greets from Russia!

Thank you for this video. It's a great product. I have a question. I would like to cycle li-ion cells and logg it with a computer or a raspberry pi. Is it possible to cycle charge and discharge the cells to a specific voltage under a constat load? After the discharge it sould be a break and charge to specific voltage should start. All the cycles, let's say 900 should be logged.

in battery charging mode are there exist some automatic limits, like stop charging by minimal current, max voltage or time?

May I know what is the Vrms Vripple at around 1-5V with 1A? That is what concerns me a bit. Possible to have a video on this?

When I bring the temperature sensor above 45c the fan does not start and way up to 100c it does not shut off either - is there another sensor internally that control the fan or is the external sensor the one that should start the fan and shut down the supply? Everything else seems to work fine... Thanks for your help

Hi. I downloaded the .exe files for the RD6006W and it contains Trojans. Can you please puyt out a download link to the file that don\t contain a virus? The same goes for the Android file. The links to the files on Aliexpress and banggood both contain viruses.
