Excellent tutorial related to error handling but you missed a crucial point and that is logs, you should have written some code to handle all the errors with their date and time to a logfile so that devOps engineer can refer to them rather than reading all the logs on the runtime.

Instead of using if else to manage the errors we should use set -e to run the script in error mode such that the code flow breaks and it stops execution as and when it encounters any errors . This way we wont be executing all files over and over again and wont also get to the deployment done echo

Dear Shubham, you are really very helpful. I have confusion in above session. you set the permission only /var/run/docker.sock for the current user. why you did not add current user in docker group. what is the logic?
