Nice video thanks, This was the first design drawed with the program orcad for the schematic and Smartwork for the PCB.
In 1996 I produce them with factory produced boards. Your PCB was etched bij hand.
I designed this frequency counter and sold a lot of them. In that time it was the first lowcost counter available.
I was thinking to make a re-design if its possible to make the kit as cheap as possible and with acceptable (good) quality.

Nice counter. I also built one in the late 80's (?) and it is still in working order
Am curious about the modification for the reset lines and the lf amplifier.

Ik heb ESSA Electronics BP41600V01 counter deze is helaas defect. Hier vindt ook niets over op internet.
