This reminds me of my childhood 🥹 my grandma would buy us a bag with Valentina and i THINK Tapatio at the flea market. Good times 🥰

so “chicharrones de harina” literally translates to “pork rinds of flour” in english but these can be found in your grocery stores as “flour cracklings” for anyone wondering.

The way she separated all the toppings, we Latinos eat all those toppings together, this is so funny, but uts literally someone who has never had them before haha

Basically combine all the condiments together. Lemon/lime, Valentina, a light sprinkle of Tajín, then handful of cheese. If you have butter go ahead and add that too. Growing up, the Elotero (Corn man), would put all that in a decent sized bag for about $1.25.

This is really making me crave chicharrones lmao, I haven’t had them in a while. I always do them with lime and Valentina and boy is that the best way!

For me we call these "chicharrones" but depends on their shape too. Like their is one that is just small tiny lines of the same mixture but we called them "lágrimas". It is extremely good and brings back lots of memories from Mexico🇲🇽 :>
