I look at it as a memory thats keeps looping, patterns tucked away in a box ...i bring it out like a jumper you havent worn for ages, that you forgot about . Looking at it, feeling it, trying it on . Then, i let it go as i really dont need it anymore.

Am feeling an overwhelming connection at the moment with nature and animals, feels like we are one, hard to explain, are these things normal with Ascension? Is anyone else feeling this? ❤❤

Today has been a doozy - Overall Stiffness, headache, dizziness and vision anomalies(flashes of light, squiggly lines in very vivid colors). During meditation feeling very floaty, weightless and emotional.

I havent slept well for the past two days. Today I did a massage trade out with a friend of mine and I couldn’t grasp my position in the room. I know the layout of the room, but I had to get my bearings straight. The days/time seem to be overlapping as well. This is election day when I’m posting this so there is some anxiety around that also. Thanks for your video!
