Great then and now photos Jon. Interesting fact: Knowing the city would be a target for bombing Hitler ordered photos of it as it stood unblemished with the intent to rebuild to its original state. These photos were later used in the rebuilding process. Thanks for more interesting content.

Glad this popped up in my YT feed - great job! My Dad was there in '45 with the 20thAD and I took him back in 1980. He also had some '45 photos, so we naturally did quite a few "then" and "now" photos. On a somber note - he could not however re-visit Dachau, those memories/recollections he did not want to re-live.
