Thor is a comprehensive synth app for the iPad. Any sound Thor makes in Reason, Thor makes on your iPad. In fact, with the scale-aware keyboard and strum features, you might even say that Thor in Reason has become Thor light since it doesn't have those features. :)

Yes you can move patches back and forth between your iPad and Reason. Make patches in Reason and play them on the iPad! Or make a cool patch on the go and open it in Reason for further production and instrumentation.

This synth is indispensable for me! :) I got an iPad 2 as a gift a few years ago, and Thor, Sunrizer, and Nave are all I need on there. Excellent app, excellent everything.

I did it as a bit of a call-back to Figure, actually. Thor being the next mobile app we made, it felt like a nice way to connect Thor and Figure in a super subtle way. There's other Figure tie-ins as well. The Figure video ends with a train announcer saying "Next stop Hornstull" which is a subway station in Stockholm. If you watch this video you'll see some of it takes place outside Hornstull station. And if you look in the background at the cafe you'll see our Figure musician, Kalle.

Not true. It tells you that the Hornstull renovation in Stockholm includes bench seating, it tells you the train out to Saltsjöbaden is boring enough that you should bring entertaining apps, and it tells you that after making synth noises in a coffee shop it's best to stare wistfully into the distance. :)

The keyboard is zoomable, if I understand what you mean by zoomable keyboard. You can contract and expand the range of the keyboard by dragging it left and right to make the number of keys displayed more or less.

This is cool. I've been waiting for you guys to do something like this. I'm really hoping you guys release at least a way to use say the rv7000 and scream with malstrom on the ipad. I'd love to play those things live via a simple ipad setup!

I think all these little iOS apps coming out of Propellerhead have got me more and more interested in actually checking out Reason as a DAW.
