I'm unable to close this OD as the bank people are making me travel different branches as none are aware of how to close this salaryplus offer. If you don't have proper service to close a offer how can you avail it to the customers. This is not expected from a bank like hdfc. The service is very poor regarding this. When contacted customer they are not aware of ODs and I was requested to visit hdfc branches in which they too were not aware of how to close this salary plus.
