I am so confused on what lubricant to use on o-rings. so many ppl have opposite opinions. Some say petroleum jelly, or silicone, or dielectric, or motor oil, or gasoline, or assembly lube. What is right answer?

I hope the author of this video had a thought to prime a light film of petroleum jelly on the o-ring seals to swell them. Last thing you need when replacing seals with the corresponding fuel injectors is a fuel leak. Will give the this guy points for acknowledging how difficult it "can" be to properly seat o-rings onto a fuel rail and engine block (depending on the vehicle).

Table covered in paper towels. Gets too much lubricant on fingers. Wipes fingers on shirt.
