Spend some time at Boryspil airport so you can see the chaotic arrival process first hand. 5 planes, more than 700 people, most were Indian, Muslim, Sri Lankan’s with visas, letters, I’d, photos, finger prints. It took 20 minutes to process each one. I stood with other EU businesses in line for 1.5 hours to see the border passport inspection. There was no organized line. People cutting in the queue, fighting, there were only 3 counters open for 700 people. Open all the passport windows, hire more staff. And do what every EU and US airport border does...have separate lines and enforce them. 1) Ukraine citizens, 2) EU citizens, 3) Canada/USA, 4) refugee countries, Indians arabs and people with visas.Fix your airport. It’s a very poor first impression.
