I found your channel while I was sick and bedridden two months ago searching for "Coping with chronic illness." It was exactly what I needed, loved your style, decided I wanted to adopt Claudia and yourself, and actually laughed so hard that I began to wake my husband throughout the night to the point I had to purchase a pillow I thought would stifle my nightly outbursts of hysterics! Although it wasn't a success, I feared being removed from a store the afternoon I spent burying my face into different styles of bed pillows whilst attempting to emulate my nightly outbursts and began frightening the other customers and staff (I brought my own pillow slip and a towel to place on the plastic wrapped pillows that have the words, "Caution! Plastic covering may cause suffocation")! It was worth every minute, because I haven't laughed like that in a LONG time! I love you, Claudia, Walter, and Tilley (sp???), and now consider myself part of a family that continues to grow DAILY! Good job, you!

i found your channel because your review of me before you-- i was so angry with that film, i thought i was going to be sick. your insight (and general perspective) made me immediately look at your other videos. the first one i watched was "being disabled in school". i definitely erupted into tears about halfway through-- i can't tell you how grateful i am for that video. i had a similar experience of being ill & disabled & in and out of school, especially pre-diagnosis. knowing your body is "wrong" and not being believed!

now? i watch for you! no matter what you're doing or what you're talking about, you bring such humor & insight. thank you for sharing your bad days and your good days. i can say you've made me feel much less isolated as a disabled and chronically ill person. you are a genuinely beautiful presence online, and i'm happy your audience is growing!
