he is correct about camels. They were bought here to move things around the country (this was before cars and trains) and they could cope with our heat. They were used up north (Northern Territory) and central Australia. When they were no longer needed, owners just released them into the wild. We have the perfect conditions for them to thrive (unfortunately). We now have the largest population of camels living in the wild in the world. So I'm really glad that they have found a market in the US

Gilroy (Garlic Capital of the World) native here, super sad that this episode was made after our own Gilroy Garlic Festival was shut down. However, We'd love to have you in the South Bay once its back up and running 🙏🏻 we have the best garlic Scampi, Pepper Steaks, Pesto and so much more!

Surprised there was no garlic fried rice!? Probably the simplest and best way to really highlight the flavor of garlic and still taste delicious
