We finished the season ranked 3rd in the worst division in football. Losing to a team who fired their HC and who cut and traded players is inexcusible. And losing to them on our turf is unforgiveable. DA's insistence on starting AD is one of the main reasons I think he should lose his job. They just gave up on Jameis completely to go with a proven LOSER AD. He could have at the very least let us see what JW could do instead of being a stubborn egotistical fool like he is. What did we have to lose to try? Would we have lost more than 10 games? DA is a living example of the definition of insanity. Doing the same things over and over and expecting different results.

Gayle needs to get this guy out of the building ASAP. That is not a slight on Dennis' character or him as a person; he's a fine person who has done great things as a Defensive Coordinator. He's a terrible head coach who underperformed with a talented roster. He did not prepare this roster for the rigors of a 17 game season. He didn't make solid coaching decisions and his record is a reflection of that, the ways in which this team lost games, often in the fourth quarter, is a direct reflection of the head coach. Dennis has 2 D.C.'s and that's an issue! Dennis has 0 QB's and that's an issue. Letting Chauncey go to an NFC rival for a bag of peanut's is a poor decision particularly on a team that already lost 2 starting safeties in the off season. The saints were successful when Sean lead the charge on offense and hired talented minds to run the defense. Dennis and the Saints Defense were solid, and at times great...but personnel decisions on offense (players and coaches alike) have been piss poor. These issues are not going to remedy themselves. He has 4 years in the league as a H.C. and his record is who he his, way below average. The Saints need to cut a lot of dead weight this offseason (Davenport needs to go....Peat needs to go....Mike T needs to go) but the direction of this team will continue to move in the wrong direction if Dennis doesn't leave. The Saints needs to make it clear to teams that are interested in Sean that they better be prepared to hemorrhage their meaningful draft picks for the next several years....Get health financially, Loomis needs to stop moving players money to the backend, go get a proven QB, keep the core of the young guys (rookie contracts) like Olave, Shaheed, McCoy, Pete Warner, Kaden Ellis, Adebo, Alante Taylor, Ruiz, Juwan Johnson and say good bye to the high price players that can't stay on the field (like Davenport, Marcus Maybe etc...) and good bye to some fan favorites who have been great for the team (better a year too soon than a year too late....). DeMario Davis and Cam Jordan need to go...Blow it up, bring in a competent coach and get a new O.C. (Pete Carmichael, running an antiquated version of Seans's outdated version of the WCO with the wrong personnel has been horrible to watch). Blow it up...blow up that Black Helmet with the ridiculous design, stop wearing circus-like uniform combinations (black jerseys with all white pants...?), and bite the bullet...REBUILD this thing the right way...be financially responsible and cap friendly, make sound personnel decisions and hire coaches with a proven track record...The culture Sean created was awesome, but hiring one of his disciples did not make for a smooth transition...Please Gayle, blow it up and bring in a new coach with a fresh perspective and a vision for the future...not the past. BLOW IT UP!
