Honestly, as a Saints fan I have no problem with him being a DC, but he CANNOT be a Head coach, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! Look I get the injuries but look at how 2021 was when the Saints got injured and how Sean Payton made it work and BARELY MISSED THE PLAYOFFS DESPITE HAVING IAN BOOK THE 4TH STRING QB PLAY! THEY STILL WENT 9-8, SWEPT THE BUCS, BEAT THE PACKERS, HAD A HARD SCHEDULE…no excuses Dennis, NO EXCUSES….

Never had the roster he wanted?!?! Come on man. He has had a total of 5 years as a coach. All losing seasons. Stop trying to act like his entire head coaching career was cut short because of a few weeks of injuries. Great defensive coordinator, but a bad head coach.

Life is strange. As a saints fan, I thought the saints were going to the playoffs and that Dennis Allen was going to win coach of the year after the first two weeks. I was sorely mistaken.

That's no surprise. He was projected to be one of the first coaches fired. The 2-0 start saved him for a weeks but surprisingly it took this long.

Take 7 games off that from injuries this season and he's still dreadful...
