My granddaddy always said, if it’s red on the head, there’s a fire in the hole. But he himself was a old Detroit fan. 8v72 and 8v92

That N14 525 Red Top Cummins is probably my favorite engine. It's a toss up between it and the 3406E 550 Cat. Their both great engines.

Successfull people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life..

Tim if you have low oil pressure, like 15 to 20 #'s at idle, replace the piston oil cooler/sprayers that spray oil on the piston skirt to cool/lube them! That are on the side of the block, under the turbo, round, with a bolt holding them in, easy to change! They get brittle, and break off, causing the oil pressure to drop! Easy fix!

I lost it when he said, if there is a snake in this truck I'll make it a convertible. 🤣🤣🤣

Brother, I love your attitude with addressing issues. I've turned wrenches my entire life but never messed with the big diesel world. I would love to shadow you and learn.

I Love the N14 series engines and the Jake's on this W9 are awesome. I use to drive a T800 with the N14 Red Top with a 10 speed. Glad you found some love to give this Kenworth!

Hell she sounds and seems solid enough to be out there earning her keep. I would throw whatever she needed at it to get her up and running on the road.
