Scientists who guided UK's Covid-19 response warn the disease is 'growing across the world'

The senior scientists who have guided the Government through the coronavirus pandemic issued a warning tonight that the disease is “growing across the world”.

Sir Patrick Vallance said the R-number, which measures the transmission rate of the virus, remains below one across the UK.

However, just hours after the Prime Minister announced wide-sweeping measures to relax the UK lockdown, the Government's chief scientific advisor warned: "Don't be fooled that this means it has gone away.

“The disease is growing across the world. It is coming down in the UK but it hasn't gone away.”

Ever since the start of this covid thing our Government has been stumbling along, giving out advice but in reality
knowing little or nothing about this virus, it's all been ifs and buts, could be's or maybes nothing is ever definite,
it seems to be all guesswork from the so called experts, and the sheep just follow believing everything they say !
You must remember we never used to get a daily rundown of all the deaths allegedly from the virus, and we most
certainly didn't get a rundown of the rest of the worlds deaths either.
