I like your technique, organized and clean. I would suggest turn down or even off the music from you tutorial. Gets a bit hard to undertand what your are explaining. But i do like your knowledge and your tutorial.

Good day, Sir.
I'm an undergraduate student of architecture in Nigeria.
I've been looking forward to starting a youtube channel to take up my career to the next level and probably start earning a little from it by God's grace.
The idea of youtube has been a motive from a few friends and colleagues who have seen my craft worthy of taking on the media, which I've decided to give in.
Sir, the idea of youtube is to share and sell your craft and ideas to people and earn from it aswell, but I've been doing some research, and I notice that most youtube content on architecture don't have ads attached, does that mean it is not a good niche that pays off in the end?
With regards, Sir.
