The Android Subsystem for Windows works in any locale. Only need to turn on DevMode then use the adb connect ip. to get it started.

Are there plans to support Phone Dialing for Windows Apps? For example: Connect the phone via USB and be able to send and/or receive phone calls. Real life example would be a CRM where sales representative has headset and 1) calls customer/prospect from the Windows App and 2) if a customer/prospect call comes in -- passing the phone number to the Windows App so the customer/prospect record comes up on the Windows App.

Why would one leave Flutter to build on MAUI? Can you suggest unique features that are not in Flutter?

That's would be really helpful and fog killer, if you can explain the main purpose of WinUI 3, because in the development team where I work, managers are afraid that if MAUI does not reach its goals, MAUI will be replaced by WinUI 3. Thx.

The MAUI frameworks needs more developers in the team! The team cannot solve issues with like 4 developers and 2 testers for such a complex framework. There are hundreds of issues (bugs, incomplete implementation) created and almost none solved!

Net Maui looks great. Everything in VS works but when trying to build for Windows I cannot get past this error: "DEP0800: The required framework failed to install. [0x80073CFE] error -2018574325: Windows cannot process a deployment operation because the package repository database encountered an unrecoverable error. Use the Reset Your PC feature to recover your PC". Any ideas please? I am using VS 17.3.0 Preview 3.0. I have a question on StackOverflow with 80 views but no answers.
