Actually I do enjoy drinking orange juice, it has components of vitamin d which is good for a healthy body, actually I drunk a glass of oj this morning before I came for this exam.

Which kind of drinks are not healthy? And why?

I think corbonated drinks like coke, Pepsi, I used to take coke untill it made me belch and got my stomach bloated so I will never take coke again to have a healthy lifestyle.

Actually I often go to a market, modern market is located right slap bang in the middle of the village and its quite accessible to me because my house is a few miles from it.

I live in Hung Yen province which is in North Vietnam. I live in a three bedroom house with my family.

I really like my home where i have spent my whole childhood in. I have a lot of memories in there. Just yesterday, when I go outdoors, my neighbors give me a smile and that makes my day.

What I love about my home is that is spacious and bright. It has big windows. I can see my neighbor's mango tree through it. This morning, I sat by the window to read a good book, I heard birds chirping outside and I really enjoyed it.

I would say I drink juice each day. I'm trying to be healthy. Before this exam, I made a glass of limewater to boost my mental energy.

My favorite drink is definately milk. It contains a lot of essential nutrients such as vitamin d which is called the sunshine vitamin. It also has calcium that keeps my bones heathy. Like yesterday i had a goodnight' sleep because of drinking a glass of hot milk. And today i feel so strong and healthy
