Very clear function/sound demo, thanks much Don I appreciate ya. Been looking at the Big Muff for a long time, ran a real spartan rig before I took a long time off (10 years). Gearing back up and your demo clarified for me why all my older player/friends have pushed me to get one. Loving the clarity, ordering mine today as part of my new gear up and I'm really excited to get the Big Muff inline and work with it. Spartan rig I ran a decade ago was Ibanez Tube Screamer, Digitech HyperPhase, CryBaby... I'm cutting the Digitech and adding an MXR 101 90 changing out the crybaby for a Vox V847-A and adding the Big Muff. I can hear it very clear now that the Big Muff is something I was missing 10 years ago. Thanks again Don. Great demo.

I'm researching and refurbishing a vintage model, apparently from either 1973 or 1976. My brother bought it new, and I have had it since 1991. So it's a V2 "Rams Head" model, but I have yet to take it completely apart to see the dates on the pots. The knobs are the style from 1973, but the circuit board is the type from 1976.

It may be too much to ask, but is this what Neil Young in using on the Buffalo Springfield song Mr. Soul? If so can you play what he's doing at the end of the solo where it almost sounds, to me anyway, like bagpipes.

Man. This pedal sounds amazing. And I really regret choosing a Boss DS-1 over this. But, I am gonna get this pedal sometime soon and probably sell my DS-1

This looks like the regular version the old Big Muff rather than the Pi version which used to have more controls.
It's missing the 'Wicker' and 'Tone' toggle switches.
