I understand why one would feel compelled to think this way: With everything the world is asking of you, we rarely get a chance to slow down and think, and when doing so we are filled with this thought, this idea that we are wasting time and leaving off things and other people when they require the most attention. Yet, also know that you are human: You are not unbreakable, not unstoppable, and you need to have respite now and then. Take it while you can - Life changes all the time, and to face these you'll need a sharp mind and healed body. Whatever the future lies in store for you, take a break before you meet it - I have faith that you'll get there one day. Until then, in the mean time, listen to some music.
