When I drag the image and wait for a while, the image comes up (which is explained around the 1min mark in this video), but when I click ‘done’, I get the message ‘There was an error during processing. Please try again.” This happened many time. Please let me know what I need to do. Thanks.

every tutorial or guide I find on this say "just select the picture", but when I select one, the pop up window gives me an option to "insert", and when I select 'insert', nothing happens!
