As a neuroplasticity brain retraining coach, this is solid advice because by already acting like “that guy” you are creating new neural pathways. Even though our brains are neuroplastic, it doesn’t like to change when it thinks it has the protective mechanisms that we need.

So the limbic system of the brain might not feel “safe” if we approach a girl and if there are also core beliefs of unworthiness or shame or guilt, then it becomes challenging to change.

But the good news with CONSISTENCY the brain has no choice but to change. So by going out into the field and pushing through this limbic resistance and pretending to be your future self, over time you WILL become that guy.

I am not a dating coach anymore as my focus now is on helping people recover from chronic illness, but having been a young, super shy and introverted person 35 years ago I basically did all this and now in my 50s I have an abundance of women and friends in my life.

Todd is one of the few coaches that I see on YouTube who really knows his shit and I like how he had systemized everything.

Non neediness and willingness to walk away. Stressing here the willingness to walk away is key Point here because you have to respect yourself and that is the shield in life. Too much youth chasing cold approaching time wasting when one should be then putting yourself on a pedestal.

BS. I do pickup for 13 years and no results. I only pull girls like 6-7/10 but I know everything about game, Ive been in forums with Erik von Markovik and I was coached by his wings, I know every rule when it comes to inner game and outer game. Dont waste your time for this. Ive read 1000+ books about pickup and psychology, watched thousands of programs and approached 1000s of girls. Dont waste your time!!! Its all about genetics and your status like job, money, looks, your childhood etc. You loose time and energy, you will be rejected 100s times and finally you will pickup a girl that you will not like. Its not worth the struggle. This thing is not worth even 1 penny. You will get the same results by pure luck not learning 13 years of pickup. Its not like you will do some tricks and you will pickup a 10 hahah.

Entitlement is not a attractive or even healthy charter trait. I get what your saying it is good to be non needy and to become a better future you. But being entitled is the wrong word here I think.
