thats a very good tip! thanks! its also possible to install this version 1.19.3 directly through PyCharm settings. You have to go exactly as he is showing in the video: File > Settings > Choose the project > Python Interpreter > Click in + > Find Numpy on the list. Then you will see something called "Specify version" with a box on the side that you can click in. So, when you click in the box, you can choose the version 1.19.3 and install it. Have fun! It worked for me! Thanks for the video!

I think there is a problem with the latest numpy version: try installing *pip install numpy==1.19.3*
