Who is the Wealthy Expat?

The Wealthy Expat is run by Rafael Cintron, it's a Youtube channel and company dedicated to helping you lower your taxes, get a second citizenship, and travel the World to increase your freedoms and happiness. Rafael Cintron is a 7-figure entrepreneur who's traveled to more than 65 countries, gotten multiple residence permits all over the World, and a second citizenship by investment. He is committed and passionate about teaching you these topics.

We have a full team of people living in Dubai, UAE to help you set up residence and a zero tax company in the most upcoming country in the world.

In this video we talk about the best strategies to pay less taxes and avoid taxes legally in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates without actually living in Dubai and the UAE. Tax residency matters of course, and some countries only consider you a tax resident if you spend more than 183 days. But there's another test we need to consider which is the "center of life" test which governments use to determine where is your true center of life.

We discuss the best method to establish strong ties to Dubai, UAE instead of having them in your high tax home country and what my clients do to protect their assets in Dubai. Reducing your taxes shouldn't be an extremely complicated process, it's possible and any investor and entrepreneur can do it by utilizing Dubai and its low tax laws.

Mentioned in this video:

tax friendly countries, avoid taxes, pay zero taxes, move to another country, move abroad, dubai sucks, dubai terrible city, dubai cons, living in dubai, moving to dubai, dubai lifestyle, dubai money, dubai luxury, dubai company, dubai uae, dubai taxes, pay zero taxes in dubai, move to dubai for taxes.

Other related people in this topic:

Nomad capitalist, offshore citizen.

Seems complicated to prove you have tax residence in Dubaï without a tax certificate. Western governments are so agressive nowadays. They want their taxes "because it's fair"

Unfortunately Dubaï doesn't give you a tax certificate if you spend less than 6 months in the country. (They made an exception last year because of the pandemic)

If you have crypto asset in a country like Canada and you move to Dubai but do not sell the assets. Do you have to pay taxes when you become a non-tax resident or only when you sell the assets as it was acquired while you were in Canada?

How long does a US GC Holder have to live in Dubai to pass the IRS residency test? Considering UAE because it's also much closer to where my family are in the UK, and alot of our business partners already live there.

On the topic of avoiding being caught in the tax net of an agressively taxing country, you talk about proving that your center of life is in another country. But what if you don't have a center of life anywhere? The world runs on the outdated assumption that everyone is settled in a particular place, and laws and regulations take that for granted. What can a nomad do about that? Or even just someone who has 3 different homes in different countries around the world?
