Trying to kick kanaka and locals off da islands. They only label if affordable so they get the permit to build. Down town is trashed with homeless. Good luck with that apartment 😂

You can label the units as affordable housing . Reality they are not affordable for young families starting out with small children or elderly living on fixed incomes .

The kitchen ceiling looks industrial and lacks storage and counter space. Perhaps there were limitations with installing fixed lights because it looks dark at night. Rental prices still seem high for affordable housing.
