So I have a polynomial trendline from excel with an equation y = -0.0737x2 + 1.2242x - 2.1378. I want to rearrange the formula so that x is on the left and y is in the formula so that I can input different y values to give me their resultant x values. I've been rearranging quadratic equations all afternoon and I don't think I am doing it right. Can you help?
