The Doctoral School has organized the 1st #DoctoralDay for all #PhdUOC students and thesis supervisors.

This event provided an opportunity for PhD students to come together, share experiences, and discuss key aspects of their training and development. Established researchers who now serve as doctoral supervisors also played an important role; by reconnecting with the PhD experience, they can reignite their passion for research and reflect on their own academic trajectories.

Topics such as doctoral students' health and well-being, thesis planning methods, and career development were on the agenda.

Overall, with these types of activities, the Doctoral School aims to create a supportive and collaborative environment where PhD students feel empowered to share their challenges and successes and can enhance their academic journey.
