Today I review one of the most colorful sets in the Castle line, the Guarded Inn!

I love the old school shields, because they were actually based on real heraldry. The ones you got in later eras just looked cartoony.

Love this review and this set! I had the Lego Legends re-make of The Guarded Inn as a kid, and it was one of my favourite Lego Castle sets!

Was very lucky to get the reprint of this set they released in the early 2000s, from what I remember the flowers on the corners would always fall off

This is one of my favorite sets. It has the right balance between details and the blocky Lego look. They should make new sets in the same style because it's an amazing set.

This set is one of the ones I’d love to own the most! It’s perfect and one of the most charming Lego sets they’ve ever made. Too bad it’s so expensive these days. I may try to piece it together brick by brick.
This set would be a perfect candidate for an anniversary remake set with a few updates just like the recent Forest Hideout.

This really makes me want this set, but castle is too expensive. The red with the black pops just right and those printed red wall pieces are so clean! Great review loving these castle sets!

Recently picked this one up (with complete flag) for around your 2020 inflation price (no box or instructions). Great colours and love the modularity. Missing the knight, goblets and falcon shield, and the crusader torsos prob need replacing... But fairly happy with it over all. Thanks for the review.

I would had liked that Lego playset. I was 2 in 1986.

I remember my mom say her father gifted her this set now only little bits of the bricks of this set remains and the prints of the figs are gone but now i use the bricks for my ships
