In the 11th line, the poet returns to the poetry/song and rainfall comparison. He says just like rain, the poetry (referring to it as song) rises from the mind of the poet, then moves around like a cloud ... as it takes form and shapes with words and then comes back to its creator, the poet ... irrespective of whether it was noticed or praised (reck’d or unreck’d).
