For the concerned, they wouldn't use actual urinal cakes since they are poisonous, they are likely just mint sweets, and its pretty obvious the "bathroom" is a setup cubical for the prank (which is why it doesn't line up with the walls around it properly), so the urinal is a prop piece that has never been used.
