Thanks for making this video it is exactly what I was looking for! I've starting shooting more on action cams recently and I couldn't figure out why my transfer speeds were so low when offloading hours of footage. Turns out my card reader is only UHS-I.

A cheap Kingston MobileLite UHS-II USB 3 also transfers with almost full theoretical speed.

You need to be aware that, if your camera does not have the interface for the two rows of pins, your speeds might actually be slower than a good UHS-I card. Insta360 EXPLICITLY warn you NOT to use UHS-II micro SD cards on their cameras.
