The Enclave isn't, "Evil" or "Fascist." They simply do what they think is right, and can you blame them?

The wasteland is full of savage tribals and mutated creatures. Killing them isn't exactly a bad thing.

And the Enclave in Fallout 3 was just poorly written, and honestly it makes a lot more sense to me that they'd reform their ideology instead of, "Kill everything."

The Enclave isn't a morally good or evil faction, but God damn they are best hope for America.

What is a bit ironic is that can't join the Enclave because we evil bad guys (debatable) but fallout 4s Interpretation of the brotherhood of steel is literally just the Enclave from fallout 3
