Fun fact. We don’t farm kangaroo. All of it is harvested from wild roos.
Ps, a big one will mess your car up good at 100 kph.

No off putting flavors when you put 1/2 a bottle of seasoning on it. Hahaha. Cook one plain to get the actual taste just a thought

If it’s wild I’m sure there’s minimal fat on it. Try out a steak medium rare, that’ll give you the best flavor profile. I’m sure you know that already given your profession and all 😁

I love the Kangaroo. Lean, flavorful, tasty. Unfortunately, it's not commonly found here in South Florida.

It's healthy but would you not put some fat in with it for moisture? It looks a tad dry.

Interesting I personally never had kangaroo meat before & I've been to Australia. Even when I was there for a week I didn't have the opportunity I really didn't even think of it but now I'm intrigued how does it taste
