I so disagree, I`m not paying you to go on-strike, that`s what union dues are for, don`t sign it, make them work for it.

The union isn't bargaining in good faith.Sounds like they want the LCBO to pay back wages for the time they stay out on the picket line.The union deducts union dues from the employees every payday.A certain percent of that goes towards strike pay when they hit the picket lines. In some cases, the employer might offer a signing bonus if the workers accept the offer. There are lots of places to buy alcohol and from what I've been hearing, there are not too many people feeling sorry for these picketers.

The Government needs to get out of the retail business.

Stay out. Another month. You will lose and gain nothing.
At some point the LCBO will file for bankruptcy and you are all out of work.
Now at Walmart or McDonald’s.
Well done. And hey, when you are working the drive thru complain to head office that you want fries served only on Tuesday. Then walk out.

So the union doesn’t want to loss revenue for Ontario to other businesses, but they also want Ontario to pay higher wages to their gov employees? This is so confusing.
