Explained very well. Finding videos that are explained well is hard to do. Most people explain the functions like we already know some about how to use your products. Please use plenty detail for older fishermen and boaters that were not reared with computers, iPhones or iPads in their hands from birth. Thanks again from an older fisherman that wants to learn how to use your products.

Random: Does saved trails data show depth readings at each of those “breadcrumbs” that are automatically laid down to create trails?

I have an Elite 7 ti2. Behind my black trail line is a huge shadow. It is very annoying. Is there anyway to get rid of the shadow?

RECOMMENDED IMPROVEMENTS:

Allow the export of Trails Only because trails cannot be imported into Slave UDB HDS units. Optionally Waypoint only export.

Waypoint, Route and Trail data is stored in a software UDB database. A Master UDB and Slave UDBs exist over a
Ethernet network. Actual import only occurs on the Master UDB unit. If importing via SD-card on a Slave UDB unit, then the Slave will transfer the USR/GPX file to the Master UDB unit and the Master UDB unit will do the actual import.

Side-effect is trails cannot be imported into a Slave UDB unit.

Are the trails shared between two lowrance live units on a a network or do they have to be created on each unit?

This question was asked one year ago, by someone else, but it never received a response. I'll ask again. Can I see or obtain the trail length in miles or km? That would be cool. It would be interesting to know how far I traveled when pedaling or paddling my kayak. If the feature is not available, can anyone simply give that feedback. FYI, I am using an Elite 4, with GPS. Thanks.
