Wow, it needs their hub to connect to Home Assistant? That's a shame. Otherwise it looks really impressive. I have three robots I acquired over the past 13 years or so, but haven't looked in a few years and it's heartening to see how much better they're getting. Any idea how this would handle, say, a cat puke/hairball? Think a mix of liquid and chunks (sorry for the mental image). Would it avoid it? Mop it up? Just make a huge mess? Until we had kids that scatter stuff everywhere, cat pukes have been the biggest challenge to robot vacuum nirvana.

Great overview! I see that VacuumWars didn't review this one yet, so looking forward to your compairison video.
A suggestion for future vacuum-robots videos: Check and mention the availability of spare parts and ease of repair.

I had a Ecovacs vacuum, and there was a plastic piece holding the front caster in place that broke (it got stuck with some hair, and had to use some moderate force to pull it out to clean it). To my surprise, it was virtually impossible to replace the entire front-caster assembly!

I had to buy third-party Aliexpress parts and disassemble half the vacuum. It was very jancky, and I would definetely avoid Ecovacs in the future due to this reparability issue.

Great video! I see a brief glimpse that you connected to the washer supply and ran the drain pipe into the washer outlet. Any issues with this, it seems an obvious way to connect but Switchbot only seem to suggest this for European washers with a floor level drain.

Can you test if "SwitchBot MQTT Home Assistant add-on" works with the S10?
