Still using it till this day. I just replaced the OS with crDroid build that was made by an awesome dev on XDA. Screen on time still lasts for 8 hours or even more as the ROM I use doesn't have a whole lot of Touchwiz bloatware, only bare Google apps.

A really amazing Android tablet.

The Tab line of tablets are great for everyday use. I'm typing this on my Tab 3 8.0 and it's great.

Trust me Apple iPad Air I've got one and my cousin has a tab 4 mine is perfect only storage is almost full but u could buy a bigger capacity and my cousin screen cracked and his button jammed and I used it today and when u type it is slow and laggy games are ok but the screen is bad I would suggest Apple as it's expensive but worth it in the long run trust me my iPad lasted since 2015 and its almost 2018 now and it's mint so I suggest that

Would you be able to write on this tablet with a blue tooth keyboard? Just write multiple page essays and such then print. Or would a chromebook be better? Sorry I suck with tech... Also looking for something for entertainment or I would just probably go with chromebook.

Im thinking of upgrading to this one. i have the tab one and it lags when i watch 720p videos on YouTube and it lags when i play 720p videos . I usually use my tablet for media consumption and web browsing so specs is not a problem. Would i be able to install Google launcher on this one because the tab one i have i cant find it in the store?

Hey a got a question! I live in Ireland and If I were to buy this tablet from the US will it work properly over here if I just buy an Irish plug adapter (220v) and connect it?

I bought this tablet... And didn't like it. It doesn't handle multitasking very well and uses a lot of the little RAM it has. I returned it because of the persistent lag. But I loved the stylus.

I need help please. I got a Tab 4 10.1 as a present, but I took it back
because of two faults and two issues. When the brightness was set to low
or lowest, I noticed a slight flickering which was irritating when
using in a dark room, and the sandisk card kept dismounting with
"damaged sd card" messages. The two issues were: I found it awkward to
hold as my thumb ended up being on the screen when I held it, and I also
found the return button difficult to find in a dimly-lit room leading
to several prods in trying to find it (it was the black model). Anyhow, I
was going to pick my own Tablet, but my Mother insists I have to get a
Samsung :-/

Seeing as I have a book cover for this device, I might go ahead and
order another one of these. I will put up with the non-lit return/recent
buttons, and the awkwardness of holding it, but I would like to know if
anyone else has noticed the brightness flicker when set to low. If
that's an issue with all the Tab 4's, I won't want one. Please could
anyone let me know if you too have this annoying flickering when set to
low. Thanks alot.

Actually to be honest, it is smoother than the tab s and note pro and i don't know why? what is happening in this world?budget is better than flagships??

It sucks...the german version has no IR Blaster etc.. Its a shame Samsung
