I don’t know if this is the interview where he says “the rule of theology is analogy” (I’ve been trying to find him saying that again), but this comes pretty close to it. Great clip.

God's ways are different from the ways of the wicked and the unrighteous. I hate the way people always quote those verses in Isaiah 55 without mentioning the verses IMMEDIATELY before them. God is clearly referring to the thoughts and ways of the wicked, NOT saying that his ways and thoughts are totally different from our highest and most noble moral and ethical intuitions:

6 Seek the Lord while he may be found;
call on him while he is near.
7 Let the wicked forsake their ways
and the unrighteous their thoughts.
Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them,
and to our God, for he will freely pardon.

8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways, ”
declares the Lord.
9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom but the GOODNESS of God is what leads us to repentance. We love Him because He first loved us. Salvation of ALL is definitely the gospel that is hidden from those who are lost in whom the god of this age has blinded the minds of those who don't believe, lest the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ, who is the image of God should shine unto them. We have to be given the earnest of the Spirit to see and testify that the Father sent the Son to be the savior of the world. Pretty much all of the denominations of mystery Babylon will argue against this gospel that Paul wrote should be commanded and taught 1 Timothy 4:9-11.
