The worst thing about this is, in canon, because Krillin was killed by a genuine demon he didnt pass to the afterlife but was in a limbo where he was perpetually tormented.

This, this is the moment that started it all, dragon ball becoming more serious, Goku`s pursuit to become stronger, even the artstyle started to change with time when they reached the second arc of Z, to convey a more serious tone, but this was the first BIG step towards that, a genuine BIG, BAD, EVIL Guy.

This is such a brilliant scene. Goku was blinded by anger and Master Roshi knew he wasn't ready for the fight. Despite his pleas, Goku rushed out of the scene, nearly knocking a sign over. Dragon Ball > Dragon Ball Z.

Because of this episode Goku and his friends never been together for too long till he got taller . I miss them when Goku was small like krillin, back then there was a lot of funny episodes

Man, the original Japanese version sells this scene so well. So beautifully. So tragically.
The English dub version isn't necessarily bad IMO, but I'll take this over the English version any day of the week.

Fucking Tambourine, he straight savage front kicked his skull. I think this is the worst death for him. He was able to fight, but got rocked without landing shit.
