The Swedish company Itera were first to make bikes from recycled plastic 43 years ago (1981). It lasted for four years before they went bankrupt. They were heavy, felt flaggy and broke easily.

This model looks bulkier than Itera, but I still wouldn't buy one. I'd rather spend my hard earned money on an electric bike or something similar. There's lots of greater and cheaper alternatives out there.
