Axtone Presents: Shapov

Bouncing off an exclusive mix for Diplo and BBC Radio 1, Shapov confidently returns to the airwaves of ‘Axtone Presents’, kicking off with his forthcoming Axtone single, ‘Future Rave’. Continually turning heads, including that of the aforementioned grammy-winning Diplo, 2016 is marked as Shapov’s 'big year’. The Russian producer’s determination and musical prowess has never been more evident.

Citing British acts The Prodigy and The Chemical Brothers as musical influences, fans get an insight into where Shapov’s “Future Rave” sound stems from. With Axwell, Röyksopp and Mark Ronson also making appearances throughout the mix, Shapov’s second time on ‘Axtone Presents’ ends in a nod to his Hard Rock Sofa past, with two tracks that evidently haven’t lost their flare.
