Meet Lieutenant Colonel Joseph J Bitancur PAF Executive Officer at the Office of the Assistant Chief of Command Staff for Operations, C-3 Air Education, Training, and Doctrine Command Philippine Air Force Lipa City, Batangas.

He specializes in education and training and has 16 years of service in the Philippine Air Force.

Lieutenant Colonel Bitancur joined the ranks of 705 Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipinos since 1985. The program is held in partnership with DepEd, Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), PSBank, Rotary Club of Makati Metro, and the Rotary Club of New Manila East.
