There are many! Just to name a few:

1. Both Joseph Smith, and Mohammed said that the Bible was corrupted and that they alone were given the true and correct word of God.

2. Both believe in polygamy.

3. Both highly plagiarize the Bible.

4. Both had angelic, visions and revelations.

5. Both stated that their revelations superseded the Bible.

6. Both religions have a Creed or Shahada.

7. Both religions reject “original sin”.

8. Both religions teach that they are exclusive, and the only way to heaven.

9. Both religions teach that we are “saved by our works or good deeds”.

These are just a few. Word press has a full list, 65 in total.

It’s my belief that both Muhammad and Joseph Smith were visited by the same demonic being.

Satan cannot create. He can only twist and malign the word of God.

But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. (Galatians 1:8, 9)

Kinda, Joesph Smith actually had a vision from God the father & Jesus Christ. You missed that part there.
