Manuka honey also heals wounds SUPER FAST. I've seen it heal a 2x1 inch open wound in 4 days. They have it in sheets also, so you can fit the size of the wound. I keep it on hand all the time!

I love that type of honey. I had a cold and I spent a few days drinking tea with that in it and I felt so much better. I only had to take cough syrup once and maybe twice a day to make sure my lungs stayed clear while I was asleep. (I have asthma)

Expensive because :
1. Imported from NZ
2. Processing the honey with the honey comb to make it thick takes time.
3. Honeybees have to make a new home for their hive…so that also takes time.
A better alternative is : Really Raw Honey - they sell 5lbs of it for $60 online. I can’t find it at any of my local stores. It is one of my faves and the taste is similar to Manuka honey if you ask me.

that manuka honey is very inexpensive online depending of the brand can cost u up to 200. *Tumeric* is the ginger version of hindus - I recomend u doing the Tea with milk add other spices like ground cloves and cinnamon. < - > Is call *Golden Milk* better to drink it at night. let us knows how u like it?!

First and foremost the consistency of this honey is really good. If a honey has this caramel colour this means that it is high quality. Also, if it has this sugary texture this actually means that the is frozen because of the cold weather or because it was stored in a fridge for a while. The honey has this consistency, not only because of the cold, but because it is chemical and sugar free. The only sweetener that this honey has is the one of its nature. Also if you try to melt the honey by putting the jar inside a pot with hot water, it will melt in couple of minutes without having to stirr it. Also after that you can open the jar and with a spoon you can take a sample and you will see that the honey will drop just like a vein of water. That only happens when the honey is really good quality and it will never frozen again due to cold. That why the honey is actually expensive because of its quality.

The anti bacterial properties are only for topical treatments. Once it’s heated or ingested that’s nullified and it’s just sugar.

So something to know about honey, there are different honeys that have been collected from different hives and the honey changes depending on the environment and season. Each batch has different medicinal levels and is more or less antibacterial based on the flora around the hive, and as they have higher levels and it’s more difficult to get a hold of they cost more.
